To remove or fit this post you will need a 17mm socket set (or 11/16inch) or you can use a ring spanner. 
We dont recommend the use of a shifter as it can round off the corners of the hex and damage the post.
This new handy ball lock post fits both gas and liquid ball lock disconnects.
This can be really handy for daisy chaining beer kegs together and for many other reasons.
