REVIEW PART 1 Bought 3 & 5mm Plates And Got It In The UK In 9 Days! The 3mm Plates Are Actually Between 2 - 2.5 Mm. I Tested The Plates Against My Genuine Ones Using 2 Dies & Used Thin And Thick Card. Leaf Die Using Thin Card Cut Well Using Both Sets Of Plates. Old Plates Produced A Slightly 'sharper' Cut, New Plates There Was A Small Part That Needed Little 'tug' To Pull It Free, Not A Problem And Easily Remedied If I'd Used A Card Shim. Leaf Die Using Thick Card Was Successfully Cut Using My Old Plates But New Plates Only Indented Card. Added A Shim But Half Still Didn't Cut, Added A 2nd Card Shim, Success! Doily Die With Thin Card. Original Plates Successfully Cut In 1 Pass, Needed 2 Card Shims To Successfully Cut Using Thin Card With New Plates. Doily Die Using Thick Card. Original Plates Just Indented Die, Added 2 Card Shims For Successful Clean Cut. New Plates Die Hardly Indented Thick Card, Added 2 Shims, Indented Die Still Didn't Cut. 25 Jun 2020 09:03
