Fast Shipping. The Card Is Packed Simply, So The Physical Quality Depends On Postal Handling. The Blue PCB Is Quality And All The External Interfaces Are Firmly In Place. To The Seller The Claim Only About Packaging Is Very Scarce. The Chip Is Really 8738, But Not From Cmedia, But The Left Copy Of Ht8738am/PCI, So To Avoid Blue Screens We Get Out Of The Storage Room. Assembly Of The Board Just Above The Low Quality: MIDI Port Is Not Unpacked, Many Seats Are Empty, Most SMD Is Too Smdseam, The Quartz Is Broken By The Curved Feet. The Board Has No Noise Or Power Filter. But What Pleases-in Windows 98 Is The Most Real WDM Driver, The Board Does Not Require Interruptions, So In Old Toys And Software There Will Be No Problems.
