Heat treatment:

when in the process of salt bath quenching, the temperature of the HSS blade should be in the range of 1205 to 1215 degrees.
When the level of metallograpic organization reaches 10~11,we grading isothermal, hot clip, tempering on the HSS for 4 times (tempering process are not allowed to over heat).By this way, the tissue stiffness of HSS blade can reaches 64~65HRC.
