Raspberry Jam Drop Cookies

This is our Raspberry Jam Drop, an Unna Bakery classic.
It’s a buttery and rich shortbread cookie filled with a sweet & tart raspberry jam.
We bake them just just long enough for the butter and sugar to caramelize and get this golden color that I like so much.
