Very Simple Installation. Need Two Wires Connect To 2 Pins I Have Connected To No And Com. When The Temperature Is Reached In The Room, The Thermoregulator Breaks The Circuit And Turns Off The Boiler. In My Boiler Baxi Needed To Take Off The Jumper And Connect There Two Other Ends Of The Wire, Polarity Does Not Matter. It Will Be Quite Simple If You Do Not Enter Into Advanced Settings.
