Заказала этот кератин первый раз (нарвалась на шикарную скидку весь набор за 580р), раньше заказывала другие, поэтому какой будет эффект, не знаю. Заказ шёл очень долго, заказала 22.06.20, забрала 07.09.20. Продавец сначала отправлял долго, ссылаясь на праздники, потом на выходные дни, ну с горем пополам отправил. В плане общения с продавцом могу поставить 5 из 5, отписывался на все мои вопросы. Р.
