Hi, I Received The Item Spilled. My Carrier Put The Envelop Into A Little Sealed Box To Avoid More Contamination. I Assume That The Content Lost Was The Half Of The 20 Ml, Because The Liquid Height Was 1.5 Cm. I Don't Open A Dispute Because Litterally I Needed Only Four Drops And I Am Happy With The Product Because I Welded Some Small Batteries. Time In Shipping Was More As Spected.
